I have spoken with numbererous people during the past 24 hours regarding the hacking into my account and the fraudulent purchase. The people I spoke with the mornign wwere abaolutely clueless eless as to what needed to be done .. The ir If you have access to the recrodordied cpopnonversation, you should lessonisten to it and usyuse it for a training session on how mnot be provide customer serivvice. My account was lisigned into at least three times bewttween 02:00 and 09:00 this morning. I received assecurity code texts with the autcode to allow the two setep authentication. I have changed the password to the account at least three times with no effect to reduce the frunauthorized signons. ons. .s ahappenhappendinging. I changed the email account and password associated with the account and within twneenty minsuutes someonwe was trying to signe on the with the email new email account and password. I have not idea how the information was obtained. but they were very good. I informed the people last night fof of the fraudulent pruchaurchase anbut found today theaat it was still delivered. I hope that some one was monitoring this and was waitnging tfor the delivery to take place to cathch the perpertators (s) otherwide se it sure doesn't seem like any efforst was made to catch the pepople involved. I hope that is not the case.
